Corona Community AME Church does not do outreach to simply grow its membership, but strives to be the arms, legs, feet, and body of Christ in our local community, and throughout the globe.  The church is a "justice-centered" church that seeks to promote equality, diversity, equity, and freedom from oppression, all through sharing and practicing the teachings of Jesus Christ.  The church seeks out the hurting, the marginalized, the discouraged, the depressed, the downtrodden, and the rejected, and seeks to provide assistance, support, encouragement, and resources that help to alleviate social ills.

Additionally, Corona Community Church advocates for justice and our leadership regularly engages with politicians and social policies to fight for a society that benefits all constituents.

All members of Corona Community AME Church are encouraged to get involved in the Outreach activities of the church, whether its our bi-monthly "When I Was Hungry" Food ministry (distributes free food to the community every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 9:00-11:00 am); Assisting the weekly meetings of our Cocaine Anonymous Ministry which meets on Sunday Afternoons; Joining our Health and Wellness Committee that regularly hosts activities that promote unity, health consciousness, and social fellowship; or even working with one of our numerous committees that assists the homeless, attends city council meetings, promotes academic achievement, support domestic violence shelters and transitional housing, works to improve community and police relations, or even our international support for education in Africa.

There's something for everyone. Come Get Involved.
